What is Pawdue?

Pawdue keeps a photo of your pet and the next care due date on your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Care items and photos stay on your iPhone—no account.

Are basic widgets free?

Yes. You can add pets, care reminders, and use free widget styles without paying. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets work from data stored on this device.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) for multi-pet homes, extra widget styles, photo carousel, and related Pro layouts. The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store. Family Sharing is supported.

How do I add a widget?

On your Home Screen or Lock Screen, add a widget and choose Pawdue. Open the app first so your pet photo and next due item can sync to the widget via the App Group on this device.

Do widgets need the internet?

No. Photos, care dates, and countdowns are stored and calculated on your iPhone. Purchases use Apple StoreKit when you buy or restore Pro.

How do I restore Pro on a new device?

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase, and choose “Request a refund”.
