Privacy Policy

PDF Snap Edit (“the app”) is published by the developer of PDF Snap Edit (“we”). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: we do not collect any data.

Documents stay on your device

PDFs you open, edit, sign, annotate, merge, split, compress or redact are processed on your iPhone or iPad. The app does not require an account. Exported files leave the device only when you share them or save them with the system Share Sheet or Files.

Signatures and export quota

Saved signature templates are stored in the app’s local storage on this device. The free daily export count is stored in the device Keychain so it is not trivially reset by reinstalling the app. These items are not uploaded to us.

Data we collect

None. The app has no account or sign-in, shows no ads, and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The app checks your purchase status on your device using Apple’s StoreKit.

Information Apple provides to developers

Through App Store Connect, Apple may give developers aggregated information such as downloads, sales and app usage statistics. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may also provide crash reports. This information is provided by Apple and is not used by us to identify you. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Your choices

You can change Files or related access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security. Deleting the app removes its local documents list and signature templates from the app container; Keychain items may remain until cleared by the system or a restore of purchases / device settings as applicable.

Children’s privacy

PDF Snap Edit is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data, no personal information about children is collected.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If we ever start collecting data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that change takes effect.
